Make fields and their order configurable for different views

#88 adds the title field to the main register. The title should also be shown in the different views (for author, venue, type, ...).

For the main register, the following order of fields would be more user friendly IMO:

Certificate, Report, Title, Venue, Type, Check date

I don't think the issue is helpful here, so I would drop it.

Ideally the fields and their order is configurable, also for each view, because venue and type can be skipped for some views (where this information is in the header and in the URL).

The selection and order also applies to the CSV and JSON files.
