[API] - Add Plan Product on Stripe Local + Production Environments

We'll need to add a product on Stripe in the local + production environments to ensure they work with the client.

@aj-codecov, do we know the following details?

• Plan name
• Plan frequency (monthly, yearly, both?)
• Plan price (per seat, does it change per frequency?)

Added yearly and monthly product to local + production Stripe environments. I'll come back and adjust these later when specifics are defined
