Yes:
You are currently trialing and you have less than 11 users
You have trialed and have less than 11 users

No:
You are currently in a paid pro plan
You never trialed but are in a paid pro plan

Task:

• Add card with Team Plan only when a customer
  • Only show if
    • You are currently trialing and you have less than 11 users
    • You are in a paid pro plan AND have trialed and have less than 11 users
    • This ticket is for the paid current plan
