Show owner sessions on Access page

Once #2351 is implemented, update the access page so that session data is being properly consumed and is rendering for sessions less than 3 months old.

We changed our backend such that a single owner no longer has a bunch of users, instead each user is an owner. We either have to remove this table or change what it communicates. cc @aj-codecov @codecovdesign

@aj-codecov @codecov/design @Adal3n3 , this is referring to login sessions table. The changes we made to database that Rohit is talking about makes it impossible to implement with current design.
