Flask V3 support #67

The conflict is caused by:
The user requested Flask==3.0.3
apispec-ui 1.0.0 depends on flask<3.0.0 and >=2.2.3

To fix this you could try to:

loosen the range of package versions you've specified
remove package versions to allow pip to attempt to solve the dependency conflict
