Implement a role or module in Ansible to manage AWS EC2 lifecycle policies

There's currently no Ansible module for Amazon Data Lifecycle Manager, but there is an API:

It would be great if ce-provision handled setting up lifecycles for things like AMI snapshots and launch configs and so on, so we save some money!

(Note, there is code for S3, but I doubt much is reusable.)
