Remove "Daily" Option for Notification Frequency

Problem

Upon reflection, we've come to believe that "Daily" notifications would be too frequent to be anything but noise - therefore, we want to remove the option in Notification Settings to receive "Daily" notifications as part of the Notifications feature launch.

Success Criteria

• Remove "Daily" from the list of available notification frequencies in the notification settings
• Update any existing users with a "notificationFrequency" of "Daily" to "Weekly"
  • This should only exist on QA and there shouldn't be many, this can probably just be done in the console
