Confirm with cvoeo that the goal id remains the same and can be used as a unique id

This is a great question and I'll have Odin test that again now that we can see goal data. I'm afraid the answer is no only because of their business process where they copy a goal forward to update it. If the answer is no, is it possible to match on goal name (I know, never ideal to do text matching) or do we're have to ask them to change their business process?

I think we should be OK with text matching. Especially if the goal name is expected to stay the same. @doub1ejack do you agree?
