Tag this repo so it shows up on the CfA brigade statusboard

Janet recently shared in the CfA #covid19response slack channel that this project was potentially going to be redeployed as part Code for Dayton's COVID-19 response efforts.

Currently, members of a few different brigades are making an effort to make it easier for brigades to collaborate with one another, and for new members to find projects that suit their skill sets and interests. Their project is called the Brigade Project Index Statusboard and it can be found at statusboard.brigade.cloud.

Instructions for how to add a brigade project to the index are on brigade.cloud. As you may have seen, Flo's Whistle is already included in the list of Code for Dayton projects because the projects in the Code for Dayton GitHub org are being indexed. If you would like to include this project in the list of CfA brigade COVID 19 projects on the statusboard, all you need to do is add the tag covid-19 to this repo.
