Q1: What are the users here? I think that there should be a co-owner role that can create channels. Owner would be able to create channels and also create other co-owners. Or maybe we don't differentiate between the two..

Q2: Why a secret channel link should be send by email? I think the easiest would be to show it to users in the panel.
