看下手机设置-系统-开发者选项中 USB调试是否开启，如果开启了还是没弹，可以点击下「清除受信设备」，然后重新插拔

先执行 lsusb 看下
之前在linux上，是需要执行sudo chmod -R 777 /dev/bus/usb/，但这是单次的
