Wiki no longer open

Hey, i want to fix an issue with one of the android recyclerview wiki pages on github but it no longer appears to be open to edits... should i just submit an issue?

Thanks for submitting, we'll review and yes we've closed down permissions on the wikis for the time being. Best to submit as you did
