Plex server crashes whenever a tv-show video is played. This happens 90% of the times and requires plex to be manually restarted afterward. I'm using the latest version of desi-telly along with latest plex windows server(Version 1.13.8.5395). My playback client is Plex for fireTV.
Update: I've noticed a lot of times when this happens, the client players in the debug mode states the transcode reason: Codec(null)not supported in a container(mp4). So could this be null value throwing exception.? Although I've not had a chance to spend much time debugging this but, I've found it almost always crashes when using Vidoza sources. Sometimes it can even crash plex server by just going to the individual video pages, let alone playing the playing the video.

Plex windows server crashes on video stream on firetv plex client.

I have experienced this as well but the issue is outside the scope of the plugin.
The codec information is handled automatically by the client/PMS. One can specify it (as shown here in the commented line) but that's not the recommended way and can cause issues. You can give this a try by uncommenting the line to see if it resolves your issue.
Can you watch youtube videos on your firestick using Plex ? Asking because that also forces transcoding on the client.
