Remove exercises into separate document

Details of change:
Currently hard to tell as an instructor, what is an exercise and what is more of a quiz question. Also as novice workshop, I don't like having to jump from the notes to a shell window and back again to show the exercises. Yet to find an integrated solution.

Suggestions for this issue is to take out exercises that involve coding into a separate document. These can then be shared with participants via the collaborative doc.
