Error handling #35

Need proper error handling in streams with relevant actions:

Sending an OpenAI message
- should show error message
- should allow manual retry of failed messages
Fetching conversations and messages
- show error message
Creating conversations
- show error message

and any other requests that could fail so we don't collapse the streams
