Release tarballs including dependency sources?

Until release 2.10.5, Cbc used to release tarballs that included the sources of all dependencies.
Currently, the Cbc releases published on GitHub contain only the Cbc sources.

Are the sources of dependencies deliberately not included in the GitHub releases? If not, I'd be more than happy to update the Actions to have the same content as the old tarballs, so including all used sources. Or are old-style tarballs already available somewhere?

I build Cbc using Visual Studio, not coinbrew, and therefore for a Cbc release (not master) it is more difficult to gather the right versions using the Dependencies file. However, if a Cbc release would include a tarball with all the used sources, that would simply building for me.
