Screen freeze or incorrect repaint

Sometimes, when going from the main screen to the portfolio, and back again, the screen doesn't seem to repaint properly. I've had it refuse to scroll down more than 8 rows (which is how many items was in the portfolio)

Also had duplicate "9" below which was reproducible when going into/out of portfolio mode.

This is also an issue in 1.6.9. I can reproduce often by hitting E (edit holding) then entering a number, hit enter, then hitting up/down a few times immediately after
