It's annoying to constantly have to add a new layer and then add videos to it, repeatedly. Instead, whenever a video is added to a layer, assuming we have fewer than the maximum number of layers, a new layer should automatically be added to the stack.
This is contingent upon implementing the strategy described in #15.
