How to get my PR reviewed?

I've created a PR over a week ago. What does this take to get this reviewed and/or approved?

I first created an issue. That got approved an and I was asked to create the PR myself. I was happy to do that and I spent 3 full days coding. Really like to contribute to this awesome project, but a review would be very much appreciated. Especially since there's a lot of older open PR's that did not yet get a review and which I know will cause a merge conflict when they do finally get merged. I'm happy to solve those conflicts now or next week, but I really don't want to go and solve them 2 months from now.
So please, what can I do to help get this resolved?
