Right now only the webclient -> cli call path has been tested - due to my limited Windows WSL2 setup not being able to access the webcam. TODO test outgoing calls from cli, id & report (or just fix) bugs.

Need to test for Mac and Windows.

Found bug with outgoing calls when no video device can be found - call cannot be completed. Will write up new bug.
