CSS styles select doesn't open #827

When you have a tile with a specific style and this style is removed in cover configuration, there is no way to change the style for this tile:

Create a new style for tiles in cover control panel;
In a cover layout, configure a tile and select that new style in CSS style and save;
Go to cover control panel and remeve the new style;
Go back to the tile and try to change the style. The style selection box doesn't open.

the error in the console is the following:

TypeError: this.options[key] is undefined [Learn More] layout_edit.js:53:9

this needs to be fixed in 1.x and 2.x.
