compiled .mo files missing from pypi egg for 3.2.1

After I noticed in my instance that the validation message for isCommaSeperatedEmails 'Must be a valid list of email addresses (separated by commas).' is not translated into german.

After a little investigation I noticed that the compiled .mo files are missing from the pypi packages.
If my understanding of Distributing compiled translations from the plone docs is correct, they should be present for the translation to work.
