So components can be provided a value or manage it's own value, like the standard react form input components.

Also extract the props warnings (e.g. https://github.com/reach/reach-ui/blob/a376daec462ccb53d33f4471306dff35383a03a5/packages/utils/src/index.tsx#L407-L443)
