IAM Zero can run as a service in AWS

Currently we only support running IAM Zero locally, using the iamzero local command. However IAM Zero will be a lot more valuable when it can be used in a team environment!

Draft cloud architecture is shown below. We should probably use a message queue for some resilience around event processing and aggregation.

To do this we should:

• break apart the current server into a collector service that validates the client token and dispatches events #17
• implement a message queue to send these events #18
• break apart the current server with a worker service that processes events
• break apart the current server with a storage API to store and retrieve alerts
• implement a storage backend
• package the services and web console into a deployable format such as CloudFormation
• protect ingress to the console using an Application Load Balancer configured with Cognito
