COMP: Exclude com_trolltech_qt_network1.* from the build

It resumes com_trolltech_qt_network1 and com_trolltech_qt_network0
are redundant.

Looking at com_trolltech_qt_network_init.cpp, we can observe
that only com_trolltech_qt_network0 is used.

By renaming the file we ensure it won't be included in the
build.
