We need to move away from Mandrill and start using AWS SES or similar for the email system for Mentorship and Crowdfunding.

This ticket needs to be broken down into multiple tickets:

Identify each use case where Mandrill is being used and create ticket for each area (for example sending email to CLA Manager when contributor requests to be added on whitelist).
Implement and test each use case and release it one by one to avoid large changes to keep product stable.
