Problem:
One of our voters just commented, "And I would have liked a way to go back. I answered one question "wrong" for me but could not seem to correct it." Voters make mistakes, and it would be nice to be able to undo them.

Suggested solution:
One solution could be to add an "undo previous response/vote" under the agree/disagree/pass buttons

Alternative suggestions:

  • Another solution could be to show the voter a list of statements and responses when they have finished and to let them change their answers all at once. This would be more effective if the number of questions presented to a voter during any one visit is limited.
