Show title or summary with distribute links shared in social media

Problem:
When sharing a distribute link of a conversation posted on https://pol.is to places such as Facebook, Mastodon, Telegram, etc., no info is shown together with the link. Makes it hard for receivers to know what the link is about instantly.

Suggested solution:
Shown title and summary of the discussion.

Additional context:
Or is this a deliberate design?
