ocaml 4.07.1-flambda doesn't install #1376

...
Failed:
  compilers/ocaml 4.07.1-flambda

and trrying to build it does'nt work:

  + ./configure --enable-flambda -prefix /opt/compiler-explorer/ocaml-4.07.1-flambda
  Configuring OCaml version 4.07.1
  [ERROR!] Unknown option "--enable-flambda".

but somehow it is installed on the admin node.
