version update to v1.1.9 causing build fail

Locally, I am setting the dependency as follows:

"component-remotes": "~v1.1.6"

which is causing:

Error: no remote found for dependency "dominicbarnes/jquery-expect".

yet, this repo exists: https://github.com/dominicbarnes/jquery-expect

If I do: "component-remotes": "~v1.1.9" or "component-remotes": "v1.1.9" ..the same error occurs

Pinning the dependency to the specific version: "component-remotes": "v1.1.6" seems to resolve the issue.

I am not sure what has changes in the newer version to cause this.
