unless it's a maintained fork (how do you tell!?)

We could check whether the master branch was edited or not and check if the latest commit date is newer than the date from the original. But this doesn't work always since they could run in parallel and maintained forks don't always continue on master.

Maybe based on the issue analytics ? maintained forks have issues enabled.

Oh yeah we shouldn't show components with issues disabled
