Formatting of the guide has improved. There are corrections in the text, plus a new section on troubleshooting.
Some minor issues have been fixed in the utilities. The BMFlash utility now has the option to "verify" the code in a MCU without downloading it.
A pre-build "hosted" version of the firmware is added (for Windows and Linux), for the purpose of troubleshooting (it is unmodified from the original, it merely saves you the effort of compiling it yourself).
