Execute parallel Docker push when publishing images #599

Description of Problem, Request, or Question

So far we have been building only a single Conan version, but now, with multiple versions, it would be better doing parallel push instead.

Plus, the master image should be revisited, because we push it multiple time, but only the latest is used.
