To my knowledge this has been folded into pytorch. Is it time to archive this feedstock?

Nobody has cared to move forward the migrations for about 1 year.

Upstream hasn't had a meaningful commit in over 3 years. I'd be inclined to archive.

This is likely a larger discussion about sunsetting feedstocks that don't have active maintainers (and likely how to transfer ownership when somebody does want to take them on).
