generated anaconda upload command has wrong file name #929

This occurs in a feedstock using subpackages.

cf conda-forge/clangdev-feedstock#41

The anaconda upload command suggested by conda-build appears to be ok, but conda smithy tries to append a hash to the filename to be uploaded.
