libcurl=8.11.0 and git=2.47.0 are failing on https repos with .netrc parser error

FWIW and a FYI for this repo, since the libcurl upgrade, my linux environment is hitting errors like so

$ git pull upstream main
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/conda-forge/exactextract-feedstock.git/': .netrc parser error

Marked as broken with conda-forge/admin-requests#1147 . I am more than fine with closing this or can wait to verify it is fixed when the next curl release comes.

There is a patch upstream already. Next release should be OK.
