pyvis 0.3.2 is up on pypi.org but for some reason has not shown up here.

It is not a bug here. They never published the sdist, just a wheel. See https://pypi.org/project/pyvis/0.3.2/#files

I'll check if they have a tag for the source on GH. You can open an issue upstream requesting them to publish the sdist tarball to PyPI.
