This feedstock will not be updated with new versions of qiskit-metal until qiskit-community/qiskit-metal#945 is addressed. Currently, the qiskit-metal dependencies are pinned to precise package versions and not all of those versions are available on conda-forge. This could be worked around by patching qiskit-metal's requirements.txt to loosen the version constraints, but that should be done upstream if upstream wants the package to be easier to install. We could also package the missing versions, but they are somewhat old and have later bug fix releases and it seems like a poor use of time to package old versions of libraries that have known bugs and published fixes.
