Incorrect aiohttp pin

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

The max pin was lifted since 2.35 - ray-project/ray@45250ca#diff-b72f6e5561c432513e240838ae1eeb3f85237fa3ed5d701ad4c3be2a55c57b9d

We should fix this in the recipe next time we build, and in the meantime I will submit a repodata patch.

ah, god - right - it was this thing, not because of the upstream pin...

Seems a repodata patch is not the play here then - but I will try lifting the pin going forward
