Impossible to install rise in a clean environment due to post-link failure (jupyter-nbextension: No such file or directory)

Issue

When creating a clean environment with just rise, the post-link phase of the environment fails with jupyter-nbextension missing executable.

Similar to:

nbextension stands for notebook extension, it's something that was specific to notebook classic

if you can't find jupyter-nbextension it is very likely that you are running notebook 7 which runs on top of jupyterlab

and the documentation does state, right at the top here

I see, thanks. So what is the best option in your opinion (I do not have a lot of experience with notebook):

• Add a notebook<=6 constraint to the recipe (note that this probably would actually need to be done also via a repodata patch, otherwise the existing build will continue to be installed?
• or add a dependency on nbclassic, as done for example on add nbclassic, fix postlinks qgrid-feedstock#37 ?
