Figure out how to handle OpenMP FFTW libraries #45

The fftw package is being rebuilt to contain libraries that make use of OpenMP. We should check to see whether or not this is something we want to use in our build of vigra. One of the factors to consider is whether we are making use of FFTW routines (particularly in contexts where forking may be used).
