What happened?

The description for --build-only in the CLI help and mirrored here: https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda-build/en/stable/resources/commands/conda-build.html says it will "only run the build" and is not explicit that it will not even generate the package file. It explicitly says it will do no "post processing or testing" but not that it will not generate the package file. When used in conjunction with --output it outputs an path for an output file that does not actually exist.

       -b, --build-only
Only run the build, without any post processing or testing.
              Implies --no-test and --no-anaconda-upload.
