Do not add_pip_to_python_dependency

What happened?

This strange conda feature adds pip as python dependency, and can find its way into repodata.json. Turn it off while indexing or copy repodata in the right places.

We added a full copy of repodata.json instead of a shallow copy to try to track this down, but we can't reproduce the issue.
