OpenSSL doesn't work on the confluentinc/cp-kafka:7.8.1 #174

Description
OpenSSL library stopped working since 7.8.1 version. It worked fine in 7.8.0

If applicable, please include the output of:

docker exec -it broker-7.8.X /bin/sh -c "openssl version"
docker yml file -> just change extension
docker-compose.txt

Environment

Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
Version of Docker: 27.4.1
Version of Docker Compose: v2.31.0
