Provide the CLI embedded in a web page so it can be hosted instead of manually installed

Took some time to evaluate this and realized the breadth of technology included is getting too wide for a single developer to make meaningful progress. Also the necessary module structure to maintain a healthy build becomes hard to picture as well. Going to outsource parts of this task if possible. Several key areas where progress would need to be made.

• UI Structure (Create base UI to serve as CLI and dependency graph explorer #20)
• Clojure evaluation in the browser (Add support for ClojureScript evaluation in the browser and building ClojureScript modules in the project #21)
• REST interface on top of mvn-indexer module (Add REST interface on top of custom maven indexer #22)

Existing progress can be reviewed on the mvn-indexing branch. The contents of paren-soup will need to be copied into deps-ui/public for the branch to work correctly.
