Feature: Get automatic reminders of the resources you are currently locking

I found myself setting Slack reminders about unlocking a resource, as it is easy to forget to do that.

It might be useful to have an automated reminder mechanism nudge you every T minutes that you're keeping some resources busy and which ones exactly.

To add to this, I think it would be quite useful for the bot to ping me at 9am reminding me of my locks and asking if I want to keep them.
