This milestone targets a minimal (even stubby) implementation of Mir and its integration with Eudico. Even if not secure and missing fundamental features, the consensus implementation should provide the skeleton of an end-to-end solution that can be deployed with Eudico, even if the deployment might only function under very restricted conditions. This effort should provide a skeleton of the final solution. Further milestones define how this skeleton will gradually approach the final solution by being augmented by the missing features.
