rename repository to better reflect the purpose

Description

We are using the images build in this repository as Inference Server images in AI Lab repository.

We discussed this with @jeffmaury and we should rename this to remove the playground term with something more appropriate.

suggestions

• ai-lab-inference-images (the ai lab recipe repository do not use the prefix, should we ?)
• podman-desktop-extension-ai-lab-inference-images

prefix should be used (helping to identify which repository is used by who), my pref would be podman-desktop-extension-ai-lab-inference-images

it also means that package repository should be also changed (where we publish images on GitHub)

I would propose podman-desktop-extension-ai-lab-images as it's likely this repo will also host images for InstructLab implementation
