This brings a performance improvement to debug logging, making a non-configured logger a no-op, and consequently reducing heap consumption and GC pressure.

The updated version of go-marathon brings performance improvement to debug logging, making a non-configured logger a no-op, and consequently reducing heap consumption and GC pressure.
