Hi @joaopedromatias, thank you for taking the time to look at the dashboard.
What metrics will be available on the dashboard? Is all the ones listed on the Methodology docs?
Yes, the metrics are those listed on the methodology page. We’re in the process of adding more, and if there is anything in particular you’d think it would be useful to see, please let us know.
Is the Carbon Emission and Energy Data estimated based on the usage plus the electricity grid of that region?
The carbon emission data is the grid carbon intensity, the dashboard doesn’t estimate electricity consumption or emissions at this point.
Does the data is based on all services or only a few of them (like EC2, S3, RDS, mentioned on the Methodology)?
The data used is based on all services that appear in your AWS Cost and Usage Report, although the metrics as you say are focussed around the services mentioned.
When do you hope to have other cloud providers such as GCP and Azure merged on the solution?
We’d like to include GCP and Azure in the solution in future, we don’t have a date at this point.
Hi guys,
Me and my team are seeking to gather more information about Carbon Emission of our cloud resources. I have some doubts about the project:
What metrics will be available on the dashboard? Is all the ones listed on the Methodology docs?
Is the Carbon Emission and Energy Data estimated based on the usage plus the electricity grid of that region?

(I know it does not sound like an issue, but the discussions tab is closed so I'm posting it here)
